APPLICATION FOR READMISSION

This form is intended for individuals who were admitted and enrolled in the Graduate School for at least one term and who are currently inactive. Applications for readmission must be to the same program in which the applicant was last enrolled.

There is a required $65 readmission fee which can be paid through your application status portal after you submit this application. Note that the fee is not required for students requesting to be readmitted to an online program in the College of Professional Studies.

Terms and Conditions: Upon review of your readmission request, other documents and payment of any accumulated continuing enrollment fees may be required. Students are not guaranteed readmission and will be evaluated in competition with current applicants to the program.
